We offer legal representation on a flat fee basis with two options: A full retainer and a limited retainer. We may also be retained on an hourly basis. This table describes the scope of representation under the Flat Fee Retainer system:

Some of our clients elect to use our services on a case by case basis and pay on an hourly fee basis. As indicated above, limited retainer clients whose retainer does not include lawyer time at the bargaining table, sometimes will retain us for individual sessions on an hourly basis.
